The House/Apartment Is Sold

Once the buyer gets credit approval and conducts an inspection, the property will be officially considered sold. After that, the process of transferring the house or apartment at the notary's office begins. A few weeks before the property is sold, the notary contacts the sellers and confirms the date and time of the transaction.

At this stage, neither party to the transaction has the right to cancel their commitments and refuse to buy or sell the property unilaterally.

The buyer receives the keys to the house according to the terms specified in the preliminary documents.

The seller can expect to receive funds from the sale of the property within a few business days.
