SALE OF AN APARTMENT AND SIMULTANEOUS MOVING TO A NEW HOUSE

This article is for those who already have their own home, but would like to improve their living conditions.

Due to the specifics of my work, I often meet new people and after a few minutes of getting to know each other, all conversations come down to real estate. Some are interested in their first purchase, others want to “stake out” another property in their real estate portfolio.

Quite often there are people who would like to move from their apartment to a house or buy a house that is more spacious than their current one.

The main difficulty in this process is logistics, coordination of all transactions and processes with maximum security for clients. Ideally, everything needs to be organized so that the move takes place without delays or additional costs.

Some time ago, a young couple with a child turned to me for help, wanting to sell their apartment and buy a house. The child is growing, the space in the apartment is becoming less and less. The parents' work was fine, so at some point the family decided that they needed their own separate home.

Having studied the situation of my clients, it became clear that it was necessary to calculate options on how to minimize risks and not be left without an apartment, and even in rented housing. The action plan took into account all the initial data: the child’s school, preferred search areas, vacation and optimal time to move, as well as much more.
As you know, the path from such a decision to implementation can be extremely difficult. In the current circumstances, you need to be very flexible, make compromises, and then everything miraculously works out.

My clients' apartment was sold on the terms we needed. Her sale was followed by the purchase of a house. All desired deadlines of clients were taken into account. They received the keys to the house while still in their apartment (which had been sold), prepared the new house for moving, and moved their belongings without haste.

Of course, all cases are individual and different initial data - and when selling and buying real estate at the same time, there are usually a lot of them and all must be taken into account - require different actions on our part. But the point is that there are no unsolvable problems, and in almost any situation, my clients and I come to the most profitable and acceptable solution under the given conditions. This is exactly what my job as a realtor is with sellers and buyers.
